Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TALON BROWN

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal has been removed.

  • Any issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt assistance.

  • Refunds and exchanges will only be processed for the original products as ordered.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • A reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, the customer will be responsible for sending the item back to our return address.

  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges

 

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product as in the order.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an return request in and describe issue. Return option showing in your orders after purchasing.

    Conditions 

    • Products damaged due to customer error are not eligible for refunds/exchanges.

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for refunds/exchanges.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an confirmation to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credit or original method of payment, within 4 - 8 working days.

    Late or missing refunds

    • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Shipping

    • After raising a return request wait delivery agent for pick up your return item.

    • free shipping only for exchange your item. 
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping 90 INR will be deducted from your refund.
